Although she ascribes to a person-centered approach to therapy, she often utilizes interventions from many different modalities to individualize each client’s treatment. She believes every person deserves an opportunity to reach their full, self-identified potential.

Former clients have described Tiffany as empathetic, genuine, relatable, and supportive.

Approach to Wellness:

Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and their new baby, as well as their dog and cat. She also likes to binge watch tv shows and movies, visit new restaurants in the area, and travel. Priscilla Fincher,
M.S.W., LCSW (She/her/hers)

Priscilla Fincher is a native Arkansan who moved to Portland Oregon after completing high school to experience new ideas and attend college. During this time, she mentored under an art therapist, volunteered at art therapy galleries, and was busy making installation art. She developed a deep love of working with children and adults on the autism spectrum, women’s issues, and people struggling to express their thoughts, emotions, and stories.

Arts and healing are Priscilla’s primary passions and she went on to earn her bachelor’s of Interdisciplinary Psychology of Expressive Arts at Marylhurst University. After completing this time in Oregon, she and her husband, and then young daughter, moved back to Arkansas to be closer to family. She went on to complete her Masters of Social Work with a focus on clinical studies at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Priscilla has also obtained a four year certification in Sandtray therapy to be used with teens and adults. She later also developed a passion for helping people with PTSD, ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression, and found that both talk and/or other forms of expressive therapies are highly beneficial.

Although Priscilla uses many expressive therapies; she is trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy, CBT, Psychotherapy, and Somatic Release Therapy.

Priscilla’s partner has been a long-time chef and in turn, she has developed a strong knowledge-based passion for helping individuals in the restaurant industry and in high stress corporate careers.

Approach To Wellness:

Like many transplants, Priscilla and her family fell in love with NW Arkansas and moved here nine years ago. Priscilla enjoys art making, traveling, eating at fun new restaurants, and being involved in the community as much as possible through charity work and working with local artists. At home she enjoys spending time with her family, three dogs, and her talking parrot named Rex!

Ashlee Richardson (She/her/hers)
Office Manager

Ashlee was born in Tampa FL and the second born to four children. She was raised in Southern California and at 18, she moved to Arkansas and has been here ever since, other than the most recent 5 years spent in Savannah, Georgia, for a new experience. She moved back to NWA this year to be home with her family and friends. She is a huge fan of the southern hospitality and embodies it herself.

She has two teenage boys that keep her on her toes and also keep her learning all the new lingo floating around society. She loves every minute of being a boy-mom. She considers herself a beach bum at heart and loves anything ocean-related. At one point she even wanted to be a marine biologist. Ashlee has 13 years of experience in healthcare administration and enjoys being the warm and friendly face you see when you come into our building and talk to when you call us. She has a strong a drive to help others and taking Psychology in college contributed to her excitement to be working alongside the other amazing women here at Psychology Works, PLLC. Patients have described Ashlee as willing to go the extra mile and very friendly and relaxed.

Approach to Wellness:

Ashlee loves music to relax and also pump her up for the day to come so she can be her best self to our clients. Most days you can find her out doing and giving back to the community any way she can. She also loves planning potluck meals where everyone gets together and enjoys indulging while just talking about everyday life. Ashlee definitely considers herself a FOODIE (especially when it comes to anything chocolate). She enjoys long, quiet drives to unwind and also painting and generally being creative. Mostly, though, she enjoys Christmas probably more than the average human and cannot wait to put her Christmas tree up and get ready for the holidays!

Hunter Parham (He/him/his)
Administrative Team

Hunter is a NWA native and may or may not be married to Mary Ann, but he is definitely her dogs’ human father. He has strong familial ties to Razorback sports, so you are likely to see him calling the hogs with an ice cold brew at games. Hunter has an affinity for men’s fashion, an impressively unique hot sauce collection, as well as an interest in collecting traditional pens, watches, and lighters. He also highly enjoys live music and all kinds of music in general.

Hunter has earned degrees in literature, film, and linguistics. He instructed English Composition and Argument at Washington State University and has also worked with diverse programs including Head Start due to his genuine passion to engage with underserved communities. Hunter has further interests in the relationship between mental health, philosophy and art, and psychopharmacology for “whole person” and holistic growth.

Patients’ feedback of Hunter includes “he’s got good vibes” and “like his style.” Dr. Steele-Wren refers to him as a “chic hobo” and is ecstatic he has joined the team to assist with administrative duties. We like to have fun here and he’s a wonderful addition.
